Fintech Group in looking to hire a vibrant person to join the Malawi office in the role of Business Development Executive.



  • Establish new accounts and servicing existing accounts
  • Sales pitches and presentations
  • Make and submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
  • Market research on client requirements, trends
  • Competitor analysis
  • Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
  • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.



  • Certification/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Good understanding of the selling process
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a passion for sales and meeting targets
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality
  • Strong persistence in dealing with people
  • Possess self-confidence
  • Highly self-motivated, with computer service experience
  • Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time
  • Strong technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience


Added Advantage

  • A Sales or marketing certification
  • At least 6 months – 1 year experience in selling function preferably in the IT space or B2B environment
