SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients to generate new business
  2. Explore sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, provide technical information while building lasting relationships with customers
  3. Respond to tenders, RFQ, RFIs and general queries
  4. Carry out general sales and marketing activities for the team
  5. Assist in the sales documentation and customer invoicing
  6. Close sales
  7. Manage relationships with the existing customers

Education, Skills and experience required

  1. Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
  2. Certifications in Sales & marketing or equivalent
  3. Additional certification and training e.g. oracle, HP, Microsoft sales track
  4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  5. Experience in solution selling
  6. Should be a team player
  7. Having worked in a similar ICT environment is an added advantage
