SITUATION
Zimbabwe Allied Banking Group (ZABG) required a modern
computerized system to replace their manual processes
in the Leasing Department. The bank was experiencing
challenges with the capture, processing and settlement
of Lease and Bridge Finance facilities. The use of
excel sheets to track customer accounts and debtors
hindered the smooth running of their operational processes.
SOLUTION
Data Integration Technologies implemented three core
modules of LeasePAC V. 3.0 to meet the Leasing Department
needs. The implementation involved customization and
creation of an independent interface between LeasePAC
and the Bank’s core accounting system, Navision
Accounts.
