SITUATION
The bank had a licensed DataStore16 application by
virtue of having implemented BankMaster banking software
from Kindle, which was not being utilized fully.
FINTECH SOLUTION
Fintech successfully undertook the implementation
in year 2001. We initially installed a 16-Bit application
and later in 2004, upgraded it to the latest 32-Bit
version. This implementation involved an analysis
of the business requirements and the application and
mapping of the available functionality of the system
to suit their requirements. Once this was done, a
setup of the software and creation of the various
templates for reports and training of users and administrators
was done.

Culture change and
internal acceptance can be one of the major problems

or the technology itself were experienced due to the
expertise of our engineers.
